Comment Assistant for TikTok
An application we operate for creators who work with us. When a viewer asks for a free guide in the comments, the creator's account answers reliably, without manual copy and paste.
- The creator connects their accountThrough the official TikTok login. Access can be revoked at any time in the TikTok app settings.
- New comments are checkedOnly comments on the creator's own videos are read.
- Keyword comments get an answerIf a comment contains the keyword the creator chose, for example "GUIDE", the account posts a short reply and, where TikTok allows it, sends the requested material by message.
- Every action is loggedThe creator sees which comments were answered and when, so no request is lost.
Data we use
- Comment ID and text on the creator's own videos
- The commenter's public display name and ID, to address the reply
- Video ID
What we never do
- Sell or share data with third parties
- Use data for advertising
- Message people who did not ask
- Access accounts that did not authorize the app
