Terms of Service

1. Provider

These terms apply to the Comment Assistant for TikTok (the "Service"), operated by Mahaon LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA.

2. Who may use the Service

The Service is available only to creators who have a written service agreement with Mahaon LLC and who connect their own TikTok account through the official TikTok login.

3. What the Service does

The Service reads comments on the creator's own videos, recognizes the keyword chosen by the creator, posts a reply and, where TikTok allows it, sends the material the commenter asked for by message. It logs every action for the creator.

4. Creator responsibilities

• The creator chooses the keywords, reply texts and materials and is responsible for their content.
• Materials must be lawful and the creator must hold the rights to share them.
• The creator complies with the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

5. Availability

The Service depends on TikTok's official interfaces. If TikTok limits or changes them, the Service may be restricted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Ending the Service

The creator can revoke access at any time in the TikTok app. Mahaon LLC can suspend the Service if it is misused. After access ends, stored data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mahaon LLC is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
